- The units are single story with 2 & 3 bedrooms (sleeping 4 to 6 people), including verandah and braai areas, kitchen with all the mod-cons, open-plan lounges and dining room areas and a secure parking for each Condo. Units 1 to 4 have lock-up garages and there is plenty of undercover basement parking in the complex grounds.

On/Off Site Amenities
- All Condos have verandahs which are sea-facing and have incredible views over the lagoon and onto Margate?s Blue Flag Beach, which is a short 3 minute walk. (There are no buildings in front of the complex.) The complex is fully walled with electric fencing and an automatic gate.
