The horizontal garapa cladding lets the building appear as an elegant piece of furniture, and at the same time clearly integrating it with the surrounding nature. Wooden shutters that are fitted flush with the cladding provide for sun protection and safety on all openings.The layout is open-plan, light bright and airy with 3 double bedrooms, each with garden views. Each bedroom also comes with a single Snooza ottoman, perfect for a child.
Everything in this brand new home has been very carefully considered. As such there is no microwave and no TV! There is however a sauna and uncapped wi-fi.

Located at the Southern edge of Kommetje right beside the Slangkop Lighthouse, this modern German designed house is just a very short stroll to the board walk and Inner and Outer Kom surf spots as well as the small village of Kommetjie. The minimalist design is the perfect accompaniment to the Milkwoods and Fynbos that surround the house.
