Nt’ Shonalanga is an intimate, family-run resort nestled in the Schurveberg Mountains on the banks of the tranquil Hennops River. Conveniently located just a 45-minute drive from the OR Tambo International Airport and a 20-minute drive from Lanseria Airport, it offers guests an ideal escape in the scenic African countryside. It was started in 1999 by Mr Krishna Muthray who has extensive experience in the worlds of hospitality and tourism.On his retirement, the ownership of Nt’ Shonalanga has passed to his daughter, Hanita Muthray who has vast hotel managerial experience and a passion for delivering a quality experience to all her customers. Hanita has a BSC degree in physiotherapy and MPhys in Sports Medicine which forms the foundation of her knowledge and dedication to wellness and has she has been actively involved in the development of Nt’ Shonalanga’s spa and wellness centre – where every guest is receives unique treatments to restore their body’s natural rhythms.
