Thandabantu Lodge was open to business in 2007. It is currently a 4 Star, TGCSA graded lodge. The lodge is, a treasure trove to those who require a serene and peaceful gateway from big city life and urban stress. Situated on 43 hectares of African Bushveld, it is renowned for its peace and serenity a place to meet with no distractions from the outside world.The Lodge comprises of 38 suites overlooking a majestic fountain, the lake and surrounding countryside. The lodge also boasts of a swimming pool next to the braai area and big screen television in the main lounge. There are extensive conference facilities accommodating up to 300 delegates including a bar. Thandabantu also caters for weddings, parties and outside catering functions.

It is just about 1 kilometre from the Ultra Shell garage on the main road.
