It is conveniently centrally situated being only a walk away (800m) from the lagoon beach and town centre where many shops, restaurants and an Art Gallery can be found.Langebaan is a nature and water lover’s dream. The lagoon is a paradise for the many activities on offer: birding, swimming, kite and wind surfing, boating, canoeing and kayaking. Golf enthusiasts can tee off at the Langebaan Country Club (Gary Player designed course) less than 5kms away. Nature walks, bird hides and the West Coast Nature Reserve on our doorstep, famous for the Postberg and its wild flowers. The gate to the West Coast is a 5min drive from Glenfinnan Guest House.
Langebaan is the perfect location from which to explore the West Coast, from the Cederberg and Lambert’s Bay in the north, Paternoster, to Riebeek West and the wineries to the east. Not to mention Darling, its brewery or catch a show with Pieter Dirk Uys
